Q1: Are the gemstones sold on Maniratan India 100% natural?
  • A: Yes, absolutely. We only deal in 100% natural, authentic, and ethically sourced gemstones (precious and semi-precious). We do not sell synthetic, lab-grown, or heavily glass-filled stones.
Q2: Do your gemstones and jewelry come with a certificate of authenticity?
  • A: Yes. Every gemstone and piece of jewelry purchased from Maniratan India is accompanied by an official certificate from a reputable, independent gemological laboratory (such as GIA, IGI, IGI-GTL, or other government-approved labs) verifying its origin, weight, cut, color, and authenticity.
Q3: Do you offer free astrological consultation for choosing a gemstone?
  • A: Yes, we have in-house expert astrologers. If you are buying a gemstone for Vedic astrological purposes (like Blue Sapphire, Yellow Sapphire, Emerald, etc.), you can connect with our support team to get a free recommendation based on your birth chart (Kundli).

Q4: Can I customize a ring, pendant, or bracelet with my chosen gemstone?
  • A: Yes, we specialize in custom jewelry design. Once you choose your loose gemstone, you can opt to have it set in a ring, pendant, or bracelet. We work with 925 Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold, and 18kt Gold (Yellow, White, and Rose Gold).
Q5: How do I share my custom design requirements?
  • A: You can choose from our preset classic designs online, or you can send us an image/sketch of your desired design via WhatsApp or Email. Our CAD design team will create a 3D model of your jewelry for confirmation before it goes into production.
Q6: How do I know my correct ring or bracelet size?
  • A: We have a detailed Size Guide link on every product page to help you measure your size accurately at home. If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process.

  • A: Yes, we ship globally.
    • Within India: We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders across India.
    • International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and order value.
Q10: Is my shipment safe? What happens if it gets lost in transit?
  • A: Every single order dispatched from Maniratan India is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, you do not bear any financial risk; we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Q11: How long will it take to deliver my order?
  • A: • Loose Gemstones: Dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days in India and 7–10 business days globally.
    • Custom Jewelry: Requires an additional 5–7 business days for crafting and quality checks before dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange


Q12: What is your Return Policy?
  • A: We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy on loose gemstones if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The gemstone must be returned in its original, untampered condition along with the original certificate and packaging.
Q13: Can I return a customized piece of jewelry?
  • A: Custom-made jewelry items (rings/pendants/bracelets crafted specifically to your size or design) are generally eligible for our Lifetime Buyback policy rather than a standard 7-day refund, due to the personalized labor and materials used. Q14: How long does it take to process a refund?
  • A: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition through our gemology lab, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
